Steve0 5,517 Posted October 20, 2015 I thought one of the points of the FTR (apart from bringing on British riders) was to prevent dodgy foreigner being at reserve - after 4 meetings that is exactly what will happen!
SCB 0 Posted October 20, 2015 e Surely you can't have someone in the 1-5 with a lower average than your reserves? Yes you can until the first set of green sheets (after 4 meetings) I thought one of the points of the FTR (apart from bringing on British riders) was to prevent dodgy foreigner being at reserve - after 4 meetings that is exactly what will happen! No, it's to save money and help bring on the young Brits. They've had 2 season of being protected in reserve, they now need to be allowed to try being in the 1-5 or you end up with them never leaving the reserve berths. stevehone 3,429 Posted October 20, 2015 having seen Thomsen at Peterborough I'd definitely be happy seeing him at Kings Lynn .. 100% racer, very fast, and a good lad too
speedy17 226 Posted October 21, 2015 (edited) No Andersen then as he's signed for Poole. Would have put a point and a half on his average easily but never mind. Want to see a Niels and Doyle spearhead now! Iversen Porsing Schlein Thomsen Doyle Kerr Rose Think it comes to 0.05 over the limit, bugger! Pinny 2,536 Posted October 21, 2015 Iversen surely has to be first signing. Reading about his apparant spat with lambert - its clear its lambert at fault. Iversen is a true professional and always has been stretching back to his season at newport. On the other hand you have this primadonna lambert who is a bit too big for his boots, good talent yea but too much crap has surrounded him in his career already. Messed peterborough around big time and apparantly is a nasty jumped up little squirt in the pits . Throw his mouthy mother into the mix and you have a nightmare. Surely someone should be taking him aside and telling him that having half the family in the pits with him is bad news? If i was Chapman and he wants to return id make him sign a contract saying that mummy and daddy must stay at home on race day. Working alongside iversen should be teaching him lots - unless of course he doesnt want to learn. Wouldnt bother with bjerre, a fanny of the highest order these days and his disgraceful average is low for a reason. Hasnt got the appetite anymore by the looks of it, if he isnt ten meters clear going into turn one he soils himself. Good enough in poland so perhaps thats where he should stay. No doubt lynn will resign him tho and people will say hes on a bargain average - yet after a few crap meetings and hes averaging under 5 they will want him sacked.
Speedball 566 Posted October 21, 2015 (edited) I will be very surprised if Niels isn't announced at his "evening with" event on the 6th. Can't see that being put on if it wasn't nailed on that he's back next year. Will be awkward for all involved if he isn't. SCB 0 Posted October 21, 2015 Niels and Doyle would take up too many points - meaning very weak elsewhere in the team IMHO. Anders Thomsen takes up that slack though. What you're close to guarenteed with that team is 9 point a meeting in 13 and 15. Thomsen will be capabable of beating most other teams second strings too. Looks pretty good to me. Explain how you came to that conclusion then how was it was Lamberts fault, it takes too, Also Iversen spat his dummy out with Bear twice this season, Nothing been said about that.......Also Iversen is no saint he spat dummy out at Poole by throwing a chair across the pits just missing the spares van Well you certainly didn't hear the sports news on the radio this morning..........Buster said that the only rider he has spoken to was Young Lambert So all you Keyboard warriors want to do one.....If Lambert was supposed to have fallen out with Buster then why has he only spoken to Lambert Have you actually spoken to Lamberts Mother!!!!!! have always been very polite and speaks to anyone. where has she been Mouthy????.........obviously Pinny you are also a Lambert hater, oh and Lamberts Mum an Dad have been backing him from the very first day.......spent all there time taking him to Germany etc to get him were he is today, you should be praising them not slating them Edited October 21, 2015 by ashtree123
Pinny 2,536 Posted October 21, 2015 another post where your tongue is well and truly up lamberts back passage !! Caused trouble at peterborough with his shoddy cant be ar$£d attitude and has made more enemies than friends in the lynn pits it seems Comes across as a pleasant boy when interviewed but behind the scenes behaves like a spoilt little brat.
