    100% agree. Very few riders get a GP chance so young. Those that do generally struggle, for example Artem Laguta, Tai Woffinden. Even 21 year old Jason Crump generally struggled in his debut seasonl But you know what they all did OK in the end.

    There is no way Charles would get a dispensation. You could bring in Charles and a 2 pointer, but would have to drop Allen or Edwards and one of the other four.
