  1. Past hour
  2. Nothing is hidden - perhaps its hiding in plain sight!!
  3. That’s why I walked away. Can’t stand the prat. Such a smug f****r
  4. NO. You’re the first one on here criticising the Mickey Mouse product we have over here, but you can fully understand why clubs just call meetings off because they’re missing a rider? If the sport is EVER going to sort itself out again and be taken seriously, then absolute pi$$ takers like Chapman need to be driven out of the sport. I’m sorry but you just can’t have owners running and not running meetings on the fly whenever it’s convenient/inconvenient and basically cheating.
  5. try persons with significant control!!! its not difficult to find! Thus far the company has one share which is held by Mark Lemon!
  6. 100%. They weren’t going to ride without their in form reserve, and an out of sorts Paco when they knew full well another home defeat would have in all likelihood ended their season in May. Very much the same as pit gate-gate, rather than run RR and a guest for two missing riders on Danish international duty, they make up a cock and bull story about a “broken pit gate”. Kings Lynn are a cowboy outfit run by absolute charlatans and they wonder why riders are constantly buggering off mid-season and show little commitment. It’s embarrassing.
  7. I'll guest mod for you when you're unavailable.....
  8. I agree, but.... How many fans does it really impact? 1500 at the most? 1500 who will more than likely be there for the next meeting regardless, given the sport is pretty much down to the die hsrds who accept "anything", so very little impact in reality.. Measure that against flight costs, hotel costs, basic travel expenses for UK based riders, and referee costs, and you can see why clubs call off the meetings early... Even more reason if you rent your stadium.....
  9. If British Speedway had an advertising campaign and used the strapline ' subject to availability' would that be considered as taking the piss?
  10. Maybe so,but it was called off the night before on a forecast. And you said it was nice one Thursday, they just got lucky with the rain coming late on Thursday.Lynn were unlucky with the predicted rain coming a few hours later than predicted.IMO no team should be allowed to postpone a fixture the night before on a weather forecast, not just Lynn.
  11. Today
  12. I think using the riders away average for guest booking would be a much fairer or equal way to replace the rider missing.
  13. No issue whatsoever - he might end up doing 4 or 5 GP’s - he was always going to ride in it.
  14. Left it late but anyone got 3 adults 3 jr tickets they wont be using for the sat night??
  15. It absolutely hammered it down at 6pm last Thursday... If you ask them nicely they may provide the phone number of their weather forecaster ☎️😂
  16. In a Mickey Mouse sports entertainment business it doesn't make a jot of difference, it is maybe beneficial... but in a professional competitive sport wanting to attract TV coverage and the betting industry it really does (should) matter. If people want to hide their identity in a public environment it's usually for a reason, I don't think it's too much to wonder what that reason is 🤔
  17. Depressing stuff! Gorzow look set for a much better year me thinks.
  18. Touch a nerve there.! I make frequent visits to Ashfield, when there is not a cloud in in the Sky and not on BSN.🤔👍.I assume your comments are your usual “informed “ way.
  19. From GB Speedway Team's own website: "In addition to its senior team, Great Britain have now implemented a solid foundation with the launch of the GB Academy, embracing young athletes from the age of 15 and steering them through their development and into the Under 21 squad, there is now a very clear pathway for British Speedway athletes to reach the very top." https://www.gbspeedwayteam.com/about 👍
