  1. Past hour
  2. KJP had a bad crash today at Glasgow off to hospital 😟
  3. I think the significant amount of money he has earned in a relatively weak PL might be part of the reason ,fair play to him hope he has earned a good retirement out of it .
  4. More natural riders on a bike some of them yes but none got three individual world titles.
  5. Mixed result for me in this GP. Can i congratulate Personalresponsibility on his punting this season in the competition. To amass over 17 grand is inspired betting !! leaderboard after round 6 Malilla GP Personalresponsibility £17,750 Garry 1603 £7,450 iand £5,800 London Racer £4,850 Skippy 147 £4,800 Icescot £4,700 Dave Rowe £3,525 Fromafar £3,100 Salty £2,400 gmarsbar 2 £2,100 r8gdp £1,000 Racers and Royals £900 tintin £300 Round 7 is in Lodz on Saturday 1st August
  6. Pedersen clipped Hagon’s rear wheel and went head first into the fence coming out the second bend in an almost identical incident to the one that ended Darcy Ward’s career. I honestly thought ā€œhe’s doneā€. The way he hit that fence and the pace, the way he lay motionless, it looked horrific. An older lady next to us was a bit upset. Cluff was last, so this happened right in front of him and if he didn’t see it then, he certainly did when - for some bizarre reason - he did a lap of honour and passed Pedersen as he lay motionless on the ground. He then stopped his bike on the fourth bend and proceeded to gesture towards the Monarchs fans while the rest of the stadium remained silence. The place erupted in boos. A morally corrupt short, buck-toothed imbecile without an ounce of decency. Well deserved win for the Monarchs. Thompson and Thomson were incredible, but that left a horrible feeling I’ve never associated with speedway. Incredible to see Pedersen up.
  7. Today
  8. i agree. i have always liked Doyle, gives it nothing but 100 percent and has been more committed to the UK than the likes of Woffinden and Lambert down the years. the sport will miss him when he retires.
  9. It’s fun reading people’s comments who clearly have no idea on the qualification system
  10. Honestly the amount of garbage I read about who shouldn’t be in the Grand Prix I want the best 15 riders in the world … the GP challenge means you will occasionally get someone who might have one good meeting and qualify but I don’t want a young Pole or whatever just to ā€˜shake it up’ Doyle will probably never win another GP and of course he isn’t as good as he once was but he is in amongst the elite and to say he is not worthy of a place is crap
  11. Blimey how many Wildcards do people think there are ?? Three is the answer and shouldn’t they go to Bewley, Lindgren and Holder ?? As i have said before there is a chance of a further one if the winner of the SEC is a GP rider( 6 chances in 2026) and he finishes in the GP top 7 standings at the end of the season.
  12. Thompsen should have had one this year.Kvech is improving all the time and would be worth a wildcard if he doesn’t qualify.
  13. Hi All, Could anyone tell me if there were any Oxford Spires/Chargers metal Badges produced. Thanks.
  14. So who would be better? Always laughable when I read about certain riders shouldn’t be in the Grand Prix when clearly and by some way they are the ones of the best 15 riders in the world…. Which Doyle is Maybe we should have some new youngsters…. Erm no thanks as proved by the Ukrainian they aren’t good enough Doyle isn’t as good as he was obviously but only 1 person can be world champion and in any season riders have to come 10th-15th …. Doesn’t mean they aren’t deserving of a place If you think riders like Doyle and Fricke shouldn’t be on the gp then tell me who should be
  15. Sorry, but thats complete rubbish. Loram, Havelock, Tatum, Screen, Louis, Smith, Morton, Collins and Craven were all much better than Woffinden
  16. Another poor decision team wise by the club among others.
