At the results page there o It seems Svemo just liked having a big headline saying "preliminary lineups" while the actual preliminary lineups actually is "hidden" at the "Tävlingskalender" section. Also if one click Results on the link below one would expect to be presented to the results page directly. Quite interesting that Swedish media company owns the right to the Swedish league in Britain but not in Sweden even if they just inherited the rights in the UK.

Masarnas has received some funds from Avesta municipality (kommun) that covers some, but not all of the economic deficit Masarna have. The funds are conditioned to that Masarna have to be able to cover all of the debts + have a complete squad by end of February. Me thinks it will be very hard and that there is a risk that Masarna begin the season only to bail out in the middle of the season. Which rider would dare to sign and know before hand that they might not get paid? It would probably be a weak team which would loose most of their meetings meaning that spectators stay at home meaning less income for the team.

If you mean the graphics shown on the broadcasts that was Cmore or rather the production company Cmore used (outsourced it to a Latvian company IIRC). I agree about website, but Svemo.se is only results (and general administration regarding rider licenses and such/rules (publishing + providing referees)) Technically Elitsepeedway Sverige is running the league , with PR, schedules, etc and their website has highlights, post meeting reactions and etc. https://www.elitspeedway.com/ Attendances are way done post pandemic and the league doing one season with no spectators probably cost most teams (especially Vetlanda and Masarna) allot of money even if ESS president claimed otherwise. Add to that rule changes the past decade (or so) for engines/exhausts/air fences which increased costs allot for riders and teams and it's not a surprise teams are bleeding money. Last season it was pretty close for 4th-6th all the way to the end though. The biggest problem was Smederna steam rolling the entire season and paid the prize by busting the average cap. Most riders have a fixed payment or kind of ladder system. Will see if Cmores absence will affect anything, the money the paid the league/the clubs were just peanut money anyway. Speedway/motorsport in general has never attracted neither large national sponsors or large media attention, perhaps for being considerd to be a small town/rural sport far from the masses/media coverage in the big cities. Football/icehockey/handball/skiing is what gets attention/sponsors. Bauhaus extended their contract for 2023 and the league now has 4 official partners (Bahaus, Svenska spel, projob and Kaeser compressors) but I don't think the team gets that much money from them. At least not for it to be crucial for the survival. Most speedway team relies on local sponsors. Look at Smedernas sponsors, the vast majority are local companies even if there are sponsors from other parts of Sweden (like Dreamhack).

I do yes, but we'll see. Other news is that C-more has not renewed the broadcasting contract so unless another broadcaster is willing to step in any kind of broadcasting/streaming is uncertain.

I think we can say now that there won't be any Masarna for next couple of seasons. No money, but lots of debts, no riders, no staff/volunteers.

Especially good is the double headers in week 27 (round 11 and 12) and week 29 (round 13 and 14), unless it rains.

Last placed team in Elitserien are demoted to Allsvenskan for 2018. Allsvenskan Div 1 youth (85cc) series. Only one series due to the new 250cc series. 250cc new series more info TBA. micro speedway, class only no series. Teams are due at 28 February 2021 Squad sizes Elitserien 8 riders with an average greater then 0,500 Allsvenskan 8 riders with an average greater then 0,500 including guestriders. Junior series: 2 riders and 1 reserve Meeting lineups: Lineups for Elitserien have to be registered online at Svemo.se at the latest 20.00 (away team) / 21.00 (home team) two days ahead of the scheduled meeting. Lineups for Allsvenskan have to be registered online at Svemo.se at the latest 21.00 (away team) / 21.30 (home team) two days ahead of the scheduled meeting. The two riders in the line-ups with the lowest floating average rides as reserves unless a rider with less then 12 heats ridden have a lower season entry average then any of the those two riders. For Allsvenskan the following applies: The two Swedish riders with the lowest rolling average will ride at positions 6 and 7. Post season championship cup (Playoffs) Elitserien -- teams 1-2 are seeded to the semi finals. Of the riders with higher average only the one with the closest higher average. reserves have to ride in all of their three scheduled heats. Each teams has 7 transfer cards and can use them when they have completed at least 2 but no more then 75 percent of their meetings. Heat schedule Grading pauses are pre-decided and after the same heats for all tracks and will be done after heats 3, 6, 9 and 12. Elitserien will have fixed gates for heat 1-12, home team chooses if the go off gate 1+3 or 2+4 in heat 13-15, so either 1/3, 2/4 , 1/3 or the opppsite.
