Wait until you see Thomsen live then you'll see what I mean, Plus you won't be able to get a decent replacement in either because the HL's averages will go up in a weakened Championship.

Home track advantage means nothing imo when you've got two reserves with limited experience whilst having a dreadful Dane on a false average at No.2 who's real average is much lower than the 4.00 you've signed him on, Take out his one double figure score for Brum then this is what his scores were.

    3+2

    0

    2+1

    2+1

    3+1

    2

    1

    3

    3

    2

How many of those scores were on never-seen-before away tracks in 2019?

OK, so no Joe T then, but I think that makes the team weaker with Zach as 3rd heat leader.

I think there is more improvement in Zach and Toby as 2nd strings than Anders and Kyle.    Just my opinion.

Rowe has potential to be a big improver next season, Zach has a lot more to come in my opinion and we know Kyle gives his all for Poole, yes the Fords have a great record but not flawless. When they say wildcard signing they mean they live in hope not expectation. I am sure Joe T could have been back if we had acted sooner.

So you wanted Anders, Kyle and Joe in a 38 point team? Who else would you include with that limit?

Yes which was my point all along.Joe T would be better than Tobias, do not know how they work out he is a better rider now than he was in 2019.

Joe T wasn't an option as he'd agreed to join Plymouth with his brother. Tobias' recent scores in the Danish 2nd tier show he has improved a lot. The Fords have a great record of putting together teams of riders that can all improve their averages. If Rowe and Newman were included as 2nd strings with Zach Cook as 3rd heat leader then I'm not sure the improvement would be there?!

You’ve been biting your tongue, well keyboard finger, on that one all day I bet. An interesting signing - another Ford rabbit pulled from the hat or a rabbit that will be caught in the glare of Pirate’s stardom? I rather suspect the former :)

All day?? Every day since our sponsors evening!!!!;):t:

No he wasn't, he didn't start in Poland until the following season, stop telling lies!

Yes apologies. I got my years wrong. In 2021 he was spannering for the Holders who got him regular laps at Torun before Poole used him as a guest to help win all those trophies!:D

Plus plenty on the forum insist he is a 5 pointer based on 6 meetings and 23 rides in the POL U24 Lge last season.

Personally I ave my doubts whether 6 meetings in that junior Lge plus the fact in the official POL stats he was classed as unclassified due to riding insufficient meetings makes me think maybe he is not a 5, but a 4. I could of course be wrong but I don't know the full qualifying criteria for this 5 point rule. If he rode only 1 meeting  and had 2 rides does that make him a 5 pointer ??.

How many senior Polish meetings has Tate done?  Is 'none' the answer?

NB. When Zach Cook joined Plymouth in 2021 he was on a 4.00 and was doing the Polish U.23s on a number of Tuesdays !!

Also its been mentioned that Darcy Ward (when he was over here in the summer) recommended a new young Aussie to Worky - so the assumption has been that it could be Tate?!

Think he only rode as a junior guest. Would that really make him a 15 year old under aged 5 pointer rather than a 4. Personally I question that. Are we really saying that if a young rider raced 1 ride as a 15 year old he now qualifies as a 5 ??.

But if POP is correct we will find out finally this week. If it is him I am sure the Ford's would have clarified the rules well in advance as well as his Danish race dates for Vojens who he will make his Danish Prem first full season with as he turns 16 on 28th April.

Of course I could be wrong and way off the actual  signing :).

    Fixtures out Tuesday 8am.

Where can find a website that shows all the riders racing on Poland. I can find the extra liga riders but not much else

R&R in the International section posted a website link to all leagues in the Polish Ekstraliga section. It was back in October I think....

Obviously I hope it works out for us. If Max is as good as some seem to think maybe another permutation that could of  been considered and maybe was considered is Rowe and Newman instead of Brennan and the rider as yet unannounced.

Matt and Danny have rarely got it wrong, so when Brennan became available it was a 'no brainer', although Max was always in a reserve spot in any case.

I would agree, especially with Max, we could have had Newman and Joe T instead of Brennan and Max. Sam Hagon is no issue, potentially a very good rider.

So that would have meant Zach Cook as 3rd heat leader and Kyle in the 1-5?!

Some expressing concerns over our 2 young reserves but should hold up against a lot of the others.

Not seen a single comment on who our last signing may be on a 4 as he is obviously an overseas rider.

Would have thought with younger/more inexperienced youngsters in both slots, it will be even more important that the young 4 pointer hits the ground running.

Still struggling to come up with names as not sure at what stage a rider jumps from a 4 to a 5 if raced  in Pol U24 or Scand. Could it be you have to ride a minimum of ?? meetings or rides to get upgraded to a 5 ??

Don't you have to ride in the top leagues in Scandinavia, Czech etc to get a 5 point average rather than a 4?

    I'm sure someone will clarify.......
