Triple.H. 1,986 Posted July 2, 2004 Why don't the BSPA enter teams in competitions like this?It would be good experience for younger riders to go abroad and race on different tracks. The type of riders i would consider would be of premier league heat leader and second string standard or elite league reserves.Who are on there way up the ladder not treading water so to speak. Also a round would then be held over here and the opportunity to see some riders who's names you only see on the internet and in the star would be great.I saw a round a few years ago and saw Matej Zagar for the first time, absolute quality. Shalewhale 0 Posted July 2, 2004 The BSPA aren't exactly renowned for their assistance of British youth, so I doubt the though has ever entered their collective brain cell.
Kevin Meynell 2 Posted July 2, 2004 Why don't the BSPA enter teams in competitions like this? Surely the Mitropa Cup is for teams in Central Europe (i.e. 'Mittel Europa')?
