Also a TRUE CHAMPION on and of track for both club and country.

Although its almost certain that Crumpy will be World Champion - this has been called a bit early

 

Greg Hancock may only have 3 points, but at present 8th place is on 5 points so he can make the Semi-Finals and therefore win the GP

 

This would need Crumpy to not score anymore tonight though to stay on 11 points.

Well it's official he's champion, wish it could have gone right on to the last round but oh well. Never been a fan of Crump's but he has just been awesome, a class of his own, well done, well deserved, long may the entertainment from a fantastic rider, and also a rider who shows 100% to his British club also, continue!

A special word for Greg Hancock who was all smiles and genuine congratulatory hugs for Crumpy on his victory. A massive lesson here for certain speedway riders and other sportsmen!

Well done Jason Crump. A true servant to BRITISH league racing. A rider who performs at a 100 per cent for his BRITISH club home and away every meeting. A role model for Elite league riders whatever their nationality. Top man at home. Top man on the world stage.

Well done to Crump. Certainly not a rider I admire but once TRick decided to pack it in Crump was the obvious candidate to take over the crown for this year.
