Fingersfin 181 Posted April 25, 2007 If I was to go to Poland to take in one league meeting, what meeting should that be? What is the big local derby? The meeting with the most passionate supporters on both sides!!!

Mateusz 0 Posted April 25, 2007 Try Bydgoszcz v Torun, or vice versa. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Exactly The closest opportunity - Torun v Bydgoszcz, 6th May.
Subedei 0 Posted April 27, 2007 Wouldn't Zielona Gora versus Leszno be up there with Torun versus Bydgsozcz.
Rico 210 Posted April 27, 2007 Having witnessed a Leszno v Zielona Gora derby first hand there is indeed a bit of needle there. However I do believe that Zielona Gora's real rivals are Gorzow but they aren't competing in the same league this season. Another consideration could be Tarnow and Rzeszow, who I believe had an interesting encounter last season. To be honest FF (especially if you are taking the Mrs) then some of these might just be a bit too feisty. Either that or your lady has balls Rico

Fingersfin 181 Posted April 27, 2007 lol Rico, Thanks for the advice, I have enough trouble dragging the Mrs down to the bearpit of Ashfield so I know that 20000 nutty Poles would be a step too far. Looking forward to Wroclaw can't wait, is it normally t-shirt weather?

Mateusz 0 Posted May 1, 2007 (edited) Yeah, it's colder now. Which of course doesn't mean it's not gonna be warmer at the GP Just check Wroclaw forecasts one or two days before leaving. Edited May 1, 2007 by Mateusz
