Kamil Brzozowski from Poland is booked for the Welsh Open at Queensway Meadows in July - anyone know much about him? Another Miracle Pole for the Wasps, perhaps?

Age 20, made his debut for Gorzow in 2003

Finished 9th in World Junior Champs Polish National Qualifyer

Averaged 5.33 in Polish League One (for comparison Rajkowski averaged 5.12 and Swist 5.60

With the current situation in Poland, a lot of their second tier riders are being pushed out by foreign imports, so it'll not be surprising if a few look to the UK. As well as Michal Rajkowski, MSJ Speedway (who seem to be leading the charge when it comes to bringing British clubs and unfashionable Poles together) were also representing a guy called Pawel Baran during the winter. Nothing happened with him, but looking at MSJ's website, it looks like they could have another (un-named) rider on their hands:

Obviously worth going out of yer way fer a watch then - as in "I'd walk a mile for a Kamil" :rolleyes:

Well if he averaged more than rajkowski and slightly less than swist he's worth a look at for any PL team.

Saw the boy ride on Sunday for GTZ, in their meeting against Ostrow. Looks a fine prospect, although I was very dissapointed by the overall performance of the Ostrow team, who looked anything but title challengers.

 

Certainly based upon his performance on Sunday, Mikael Max would not appear to be the answer to Ipswich's problems.
