Hmm...reckon it'll be Peterborough winning it. Lakeside have a good shout too and I'd almost go for Eastie or Poole for 3rd.

Where's it to this year?

As Troy Batchelor is an ex-KL rider, think Swindon could also be in with a shout.

Anyone know the format for this meeting with 9 pairs taking part

Says on Super 7 site that a wildcard Premier League pair will enter the competition, therefore I'm presuming it'll be King's Lynn.

What are things coming to when a PL pair has to be put in to make the numbers up! I don't care how good they are around their home track, or the fact that it's probably designed to pull in a few home fans to make the crowd up , it's ridiculous.

My thoughts exactly. I think the wildcard pairing should be the next top scoring second strings in the EL however weaker they maybe than the top pairing.

Or failing that change the format so it caters for 9 pairs instead of 10

I think Nermark and Niemenen will do fairly well  but its not ideal having a PL team competing in an EL event.

Reading through last night's programme, JC mentioned in there that he was hoping the wildcard pairing would be Topinka/Doolan but was awaiting confirmation.

Never mind them, with just over a week to go, a line up would be good.

Simon Stead and Jarek Hampel as wildcard pair would be decent, would be stead and screen for the next 2 down, but get hampel in, and im sure the polish fans will come and watch.
