With the first meeting just over two weeks away is there any idea of the line ups for these meetings?

I've been told that Simon Lambert is in the Lynn meeting on April 2nd but that's all I know so far

Heard a rumour that Scott Nicholls is now in this as they couldnt get a full lin-up. And before anyone says he cant enter because he's over 21, I already know this. lol.

 

If we can have a Premier League team in the ELITE LEAGUE PAIRS competition why cant we stretch the rules and have someone over 21 in the UNDER 21's. Catch my drift?

Spoke to Mark after the meeting and he was disappointed . In his first one he missed the gate and was clamped down by Dan Halsey when he went to pass him on the inside and almost went on the centre green. In his second he was chasing Lee Smart when he picked up too much drive and crashed hurting is ankle. He went out for his third ride although perhaps shouldn't have and the ankle hurt him too much. He then pulled out of the meeting.

Bad luck to Mark; and especially to Barry, who it seems was denied a place in the Final only by a problem in his third ride (after winning both his opening two and then recording a third heat win of the night in his fifth..).. Barry recorded heat wins over the second placed, Dan Halsey and fourth-placed Gareth Isherwood - so he must certainly be regarded as very unlucky not to be going to Lakeside...!!

Anyone know what occurred in heat nine..??

 

Also, a big well done to Gareth on that fourth place.. Strange that he'll be at Lakeside in the GB U-21 Championship Final but appears still to be without a club..??
