In season 2008 there were in Scunthorpe Summers Championships, which contains 8 rounds. In round no.5 which was held 30 of August there were starting Brendan Coughlan! He was 9th in the main tournament with 6 points. I don't know why he didn't start inf B-final. But it will be great to see Brendan next year (another guy from SA) in CL or PL.

Here are the results from this round.

And HERE there are final standings of Summer Championships. Brendan is 31st because he was starting only once.

So now we know reason why he didn't start in last South African metings :)

I can add, that in this championships also stared father and son (Wim and Wil Kennis) from Belgium :)
