There's no way that's 8 acres, plus, the roads around the stadium cannot possibly handle that amount of traffic. Big mistake trying to park so close, IMO.

I wonder if having this meeting at Rye is a big mistake if it a good day weather wise and they get a big crowd is the stadium up to it ? let alone the car parking and and roads around the stadium which at best are poor once off the A10 .I hope i,m wrong but i see big problems on the day.
