Is there anyone going to this meeting who would be able to text updates to the updates site? If so, could you please either leave a message here or send me an email or pm.

Thanks

Tomi Sike won and IMO was easily the best rider on show... BUT, I was very impressed with John Macphail since the last time I seen him... John and Tomi were the two riders who went under 70.0... Tomi was in 68 second barrier in the final..

Jack Hirst was another I was impressed with..

All in all though, I must say this was a meeting I enjoyed much more then what I thought I would... No stoppages (until the final heat) and no crashes which was a VERY pleasing thing after the last couple of weeks :approve:

And we had girl power too.... they certainly gave it a go and should feel very proud of themselves :approve:

Crowd was also better then what I thought it would be, especially since the temperature dropped big time :(

I would be more than happy to see this meeting again next year... Well Done to everyone who made it happen :)

A big well done to all involved in organising this meeting, and of course all the riders, it was a thoroughly enjoyable evening!

I couldn't believe the first 15 heats were done and dusted by 8.20pm, sometimes you're lucky to get halfway through a PL meeting by that point!

And well done to the girls, notably improving with each race, great stuff!

Time for a nice cold beer methinks! B)

Not too bad a meeting really, one or two names that i had never seen looking good. Was impressed with young Jack Hirst, looked confident on the bike and has a neat, tidy, style.

Rachel Hellowell also went really well and seemed to improve as the night went on. Have to say as well that is best ive seen John MacPhail ride SFP.
