Liverstam 0 Posted August 4, 2011 Anders, do you know what Fredrik Staaf was upset about in the meeting Vetlanda - Hammarby? Read his post-match notes and he referred to an incident but wouldn't say what happened.
Ghostwalker 1,859 Posted August 4, 2011 as expected, Lejonen's debts means that they have not been granted an elitelicense for next season. Either they can file for bankruptcy or they can apply for Debt restructuring however they latterl have to be approved by Svemo and also by tingsrätten (distric court) and it will only be approved if the mentioned instances can find it meaningful to continue. This is what happened to Västervik when they got into problems.

Ghostwalker 1,859 Posted August 30, 2011 finally city officials have realized that something have to be done with the parking and the entire traffic solution at Eskilstuna speedway track It used to be a quite large parking lot, until the go-cart dude was allowed to extend his track over a large part of the parking leaving only a small piece left for the cars to park on. Last weeks meeting which actually attracted at least 400 more then initially believed, now believed to have been 3200+ people, forced the spectators to park on all possible available areas including the access road that leads up to the arena from the main road. They say that they are looking for a short term and a long term solution. i'd say build a railway plattform since the railway between Eskilstuna and Västerås passes the track at only a couple of hundred meters distance. Would be pretty cool with our own railway "station". http://ekuriren.se/sport/1.1167660-parkeringen-pa-motorstadion-atgardas

What do you think about Larsens decision to ride for the Bees on Thursday? I'm annoyed. Seriously. Thoughts? Regards. Alan.
Ghostwalker 1,859 Posted September 9, 2011 According to Lejonen themselves they have managed to solve the economic crisis. http://www.lejonen.se/Nyheter/Nyheter1/Lejonen-Speedways-ekonomi-ar-raddad/ though they still have to have their Debt restructuring plan approved by Svemo.
