Don't know if this already has been posted, but Ryan Sullivan has been named captain of the Torun team for 2011.

Has the "Berry" decided to retire? I did read that Torun were waiting for him to decide whether he wanted to carry on riding after a disappointing 2010. It'll be a shame if he does hang up the kevlars - a good little rider and a fine servant for the "Angels".

Don't worry, Jaguś still will be riding :)

They aren't "Angels"!! From next season they'll be "teutonic knights" officially! Athe the back side of their kevlars they'll have big sign "We, the teutonic knights!" !!!

Don't blame them - it's not their fault that they're from Toruń :P

Rumours say Holta is pratically a Torun rider already. At this stage these are only rumours though...

99% that Czestochowa won't be racing in Ekstraliga next year (finances).

Hopefully Bydgoszcz will be asked to replace them :)

Hopefully Częstochowa will get the licence. If relegation - only by sport, if promotion - only by sport.

You are so wrong. Czestochowa signed riders who they eventually couldn't pay off so they do not deserve to ride in Ekstraliga. Theoretically, Bydgoszcz could have signed Gollob offering him 3 million zlotys or about. If we had Gollob, we would have beaten Czestochowa hands down... and then what - sorry, we have no money to pay you all but at least we stayed up (that's how it looks in Czestochowa now).

The rules are the same for everyone - you have to pay off your rider until the end of November. Bydgoszcz is one of two Ekstraliga clubs who finished this season with a clear profit - the whole rest are below zero.

Hopefully not. :) Although both Czestochowa and Wroclaw should not have been in Ekstraliga 2010 due to finances.

Bydgoszcz was beaten in a fair battle which they lost and should spend 2011 in 1-st league.

...by a team that signed some virtual contracts.

They will not be virtual anymore once all the money is paid off.

Which won't happen according to my source.

Face it mate... you are from Bydgoszcz, you are hoping it won't happen so that your team (which was beaten in a fair fight) will have chance to grab their place in Ekstraliga.
