Great Central 226 Posted September 6, 2011 The Colts take on Newport in their last home league fixture of the season and will be aiming to get all three points to ensure their place in the play offs. With KL losing at Dudley, KL missed out on their last chance of a play off place so come on, get out and support the youngsters into the next stage of the competition. They might only be the Colts, but they will all be trying their hardest to uphold the winning traditions of Belle Vue. Start time is 8pm. Just hope the weather holds out and the track is able to be prepared to give some good racing.
CrystalCastles 292 Posted September 6, 2011 Big win for Belle Vue Colts can only see us struggling in this one. Would expect the Colts to win by 20+

Rob B 1,263 Posted September 7, 2011 Been hell of a lot of rain today, some very heavy showers, drove past Belle Vue about 1.00 and were huge puddles on the road. Sun is out now though for the moment, hopefully will start to dry out, they will be trying everything to get this meeting on.

Rob B 1,263 Posted September 7, 2011 Meeting called off at start time. Hope this doesn't prevent Colts from getting in play offs
frostylion 35 Posted September 7, 2011 am i right in thinking that now Hackney need 4 points from there two fixtures at the weekend to pass the colts and sneak into the playoffs before the cut off??
Great Central 226 Posted September 8, 2011 Hackney do indeed need 4 points from their remaining 2 matches with BV scoring nothing from their meeting with Newport on Sunday. If Hackney fail to gain a point at Stoke on Saturday then BV go through to the play offs I think.
B.V 72 1,054 Posted September 8, 2011 Question is who would Stoke rather see in the play offs ?.
