With a normal hear schedule Heat 9 and 10 have one reserve from each team. You are also correct that there is no dedicated nr 1 but
that teams can choose freely how to place their 5 best riders. Reserves can be non Swedish riders as well. Normally the home team
put their best riders at 1,3 & 5. Also unlike Britain, averages are updated after every meeting so reserves can change from one meeting to another.

https://ta.svemo.se/Public/Pages/Competition/DrivingSchedule/CompetitionHeatSchema.aspx?Branch=Speedway&Season=2019&Serie=Elitserien&Resultfilter=APPROVED&Columns=FromDateShort,Name,HeatSchema,HeatResult&pagesize=20&CompetitionId=10771

The heat schedule this year will look like this, not sure if there are other rule changes as well due to the new format.
Heat 13 -15 will have riders based on their scoring, with the two lowest scoring from each team in h13 and highest scoring in h15.

Hey Ghostie,

is it official heat scheme for 2020? Or just initial guess how it may look like?

It was posted on social media by a newspaper and so far I haven't seen it officially published.

It looks as if the standard of the Elitserien will be quite weak in 2020 judging by the riders the teams are signing.

I am not sure but I do think I read that many foreign riders wouldn't be able available until round 5 so there might be some changes during the season.

From SGP website.

But Vetlanda confirmed in a press release on their official website that they remain in talks with club hero Zmarzlik, although he will be unavailable for their opening four matches due to his Polish commitments.

World Under-21 Championship favourite Dominik Kubera has confirmed he will link up with the team from round five as Polish action will not take place on Fridays after the PGE Ekstraliga play-offs begin in mid September.

Should Gorzow miss out on the play-offs and not compete in the promotion/relegation tie with the First Division runners-up, their season will be over at that point, allowing Zmarzlik to get some extra track time in Sweden alongside the FIM Speedway Grand Prix series.

Former SGP star Peter Ljung, ex-Aussie champion Brady Kurtz, Filip Hjelmland, Andreas Lyager, Alexander Woentin and Johan Jensen return for Vetlanda, while German racer Michael Hartel and Maximilian Belsing are new signings.

Elsewhere, triple world champion Nicki Pedersen and Adrian Miedzinski have opted against racing for Rospiggarna. But Kai Huckenbeck, Andrei Kudriashov, Rasmus Jensen, Tomas H Jonasson, Daniel Henderson and Emil Millberg come to the tapes.

Polish star Kacper Woryna has agreed to race for Lejonen, with Danish star Nicolai Klindt returning to the side after departing over the winter. Rene Bach is also in the squad.

Jack Holder, polacken Bartosz Smektala och dansken Anders Thomsen have agreed with Västervik.
The issue is still the participation in both Sweden and Poland since Västervik has 3 out of 8 meetings on Thursdays and the riders have to do a
new Covid-test every time they come back to Poland (might not be sufficient time when they race in Fridays in Poland).
