So easily could have had fatal consequences or severe head injuries and the awful life long aftermath of such an injury. iris123 20,997 Posted May 5, 2012 Yes,i saw this on speedway.org yesterday.It is great that the young girl isn't too badly injured.I guess we have to wait and see what the consequences for the club and maybe speedway in general in Germany might be.I would guess there has to be an inquiry.Freak accident that might probably at the same or similar stadium never again happen,but precautions haveto be taken.I do remember a few years back at Berlin for the Ice Racing a bike(think it might have been Harald Simon's)flew over the fence.But luckily it was on the third/fourth bend where no one stands/sits.Just a grass bank.If it had happened at the other end it might have caused the same incident as that is generally packed Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
