Yes indeed - Tuesday March 11th it is!

Thank you for that confirmation - I though it was.

The BSF is an important outlet for cycle speedway news and future happenings. It needs to be used more extensively than it is by those involved with cycle speedway.

Thanks for the "heads up"

I watched with great interest the league matches shown last year & hope to wander up to Ipswich this year to see some live matches.

Would appreciate further news about TV showings throughout the year, if you wouldn't mind. I'm sure others would also be interested.

For a track in the world's major city East London don't publicise their activities very much. I think they are based somewhere near the old Custom House West Ham Speedway track?

Oh for the old East London cycle speedway days with riders like Len Silver, Ronnie Genz, Vic White, etc etc Does anyone recall that famous Stratford Hammers side?

That's shock news about the demise of Spokesman Online. It is now even more essential that cycle speedway, as have the South West League today, take advantage of the facilities offered in publicising cycle speedway.

When did Spokesman Online fold up?

PS: I have found the Link giving the news at http://www.spokesman-online.co.uk/

the track is in prince regent lane, opposite to where the main grandstand at custom house stadium once stood.
