Wolves sign Hougaard

Good signing if true, wouldn't mind having Proctor for Poole if Wolves don't want him,has been terrific whenever he has guested for us.

They obviously haven't but some people can post anything without any proof and others then believe.

Like Rob says, don't believe rumours wait for facts, having said that I do believe Paddy would benefit from a year away from KL until the new home is ready.

Wolves sign Hougaard

Patric made his debut at Wolves as a 16 year old in the Olympique and has always gone well at Monmore. His average has dropped each year recently and on 4.98 he could be a good reserve at Monmore ..... or heat leader at Kirky Lane ;)

Tai, Fred, Ricky, Ty, Nermark, Hougaard, Aspgren ..... decent 1-7

Tai, Fred, Miskowiak, Ricky, Robson, Hougaard, Aspgren ...... just as decent 1-7

On Monday evening, Wolverhampton Speedway hold their annual Talk In at Chillington Working Mens Club situated on Hickman avenue close to the Stadium.

Each season this evening consists of Chris Van Straaten, Peter Adams and a guest, usually a rider taking questions from the floor, usually fronted by Nigel Pearson.

Why were Leicester denied entry to the Elite League ?

Why did Dudley not move up to the Premier League ?

What are the views on the new doubling up rules and the ups and downs of it ?

Are Wolves going to buy Ricky Wells and who will he be lining up with ?

Entry is usually a small fee which goes to charity (not too sure which one) and starts at 7.30pm. Every year this brings a lare crowd to the evening, so anyone intersted in coming along, get there early.

I think we already know the answer to that question so a better one would be 'Why will it be any different in 2014?' Presumably the same reasons will still apply so I don't understand why they were not allowed in next season.

Not really Gemini.

If Sky don't renew their contract, next season they will be begging Leicester to join.

I don't see that. The problem was perhaps taking supporters away from Peterborough (who were the ones who didn't want them in the E.L.) and perhaps Coventry, the two nearest tracks to Leicester. So if there is no Sky contract in 2014 it's going to be even worse with all the tracks desperate to hang onto their fans. I do believe Leicester offered to not have any Sky money anyway next season but still got turned down.
