Good assessment, Shadowfax, IMHO. Very, very difficult to replace Proctor's scoring as compared to replacing his average.

Totally uninspiring signing - At least a signing has been made so can go into the remaining matches with a 1-7, we know what Bob can do, he knows the tracks and is scoring well and he can gate. Replacing Ty was always going to be difficult with the form he was in compared to the average he was on now Klindt that would have been a totally uninspiring signing.

Risky signing - How going with R/R was risky if we lost another rider during the meeting we would have been up messy creek

Now at least we have options , changing the riding order , Whilst Jacobs in good form we can use him as a replacement for out of sorts riders instead of saving him for R/R rides.

agree! Jacob should be used as often as possible now. No team is 100% ATM so it's all still to play for! Personally I'm pleased with Misko signing, he's good for 6 points at home and maybe more away.

Personally think he will do a good job, i don't believe in Gavan's line about being a bad signing and Matt Ford was a idiot to get him in the first place.

not saying he might not do a good job for Wolves - he may - but he was so bad for Poole eventually quitting so yes he was a bad signing

Come on own up who is hoping for either Miskowiak or Howarth to have stormers against the Pirates?

Remains to be seen if he really was bang out of form in the UK with Poole or the pressure of riding for the Pirates was just too much for him.

Steve, you keep harping on about his time at Poole. He had 2 matches, that's TWO matches directly after his injury. It's not like he rode for a couple of months and was a flop.

he was also expected to ride on that mess of a track that even Holder & ward weren't happy with at the time

The guy himself pulled out of riding in the EL because of his injuries and not wanting to ride in the UK - so he clearly wasn't up to the task.

I have already stated the signing is better than RR and for me the jury remains out if he can produce anything like he did last time he rode for us (anything from 3-13!)

He actually only completed one away meeting for Poole at Swindon (ES) and then crashed in his 2nd home race on Good Friday, after scoring 1 point in his first, which only had 3 finishers!!

NB. Thanks for Skornicki for tonite! :t:

Let's hope Agent Skornicki understands the job required :)

I'm sure Agent Watt has clarified it for him! :P

Miskowiak scored 5 in Poland yesterday 2 3 R R hope he does a little better for use tonight.

Will be interesting to see if he has his own bikes over here and if they are the same bikes used in Poland, let's hope they can manage 4 laps !!

Jacob Thorssell suspected broken arm.

Could be a big blow to Wolves as he was in superb form, particularly at home.

I think Klindt is too high so Pontus Aspgren the likely replacement?

Best wishes of course to Jacob and hopefully the injury won't be as bad as feared and a replacement won't be needed.
