racers and royals 8,737 Posted November 7, 2012 It is expected that the points limit for the Extraleague team building will be announced in early December-as far as i can make out this decision for 2013 is to be made by the polish association of automobile under the chair of Andrzej Witkowski.Some clubs want 41 others feel that 39 is more realistic in the current financial situation. That club and some of their so called fans are an absolute disgrace.
