Good looking line-up wizzer, and very much looking forward to making my first visit to Leicester for this meeting.

Is there seating in the stadium, or is it just terracing where you need your own chair?

Mike,

There two grandstands on the start straight either side of the refs box with plenty of seats. Hope you have a good first visit to Leicester. It looks like being a good meeting.

Really enjoyed my first visit to Leicester, even though I had difficulty finding the stadium, guess I should purchase a Sat Nav.

Very nice stadium with all the staff so very polite, and hey, what a magniicent crowd turned ot to support the event. Hope Michael Neale is okay following his last race mishap.

Well done Phil Morris, plus referee Tony Steele, for making sure that the meeting ran so efficiently.

Have to give credit to all the lads competing last night, they all tried 100% & when they came off, jumped straight back up & got back on again or cleared the track as quickly as possible so the race didn't need to be stopped.Credit to for Phil Morris for keeping the meeting moving quickly 41 heats in about 3 hours was good going.Had to feel sorry for little Tom Brennan in the 125cc class, he made a great inside pass in the final to take the lead & then hit a rut which threw him off his bike & into the fence, he walked away & i hope he's feeling ok today, he only looked about 10 & had a great riding style for someone that young, as did the 125cc winner Kyle Bickley. Good luck to all the lads for the rest of the season.

Agreed - I really enjoyed the meeting. With young riders like Tom Brennan around (he made the most fantastic overtake I have seen these 60 years!) the future of British speedway should be good, if only they were helped and encouraged.

Well they are being well helped and encouraged by Phil & Neil Vatcher, but I know what you mean.......and agree.

This series is the best thing to happen to British Speedway in a long time. It gives young British riders a platform to progress in the sport with competitive racing.

In 5 years time I think we will start to see the fruit from the hard work put in by the likes of Neil Vatcher and Phil Morris with a fair few lads coming through to the professional side of the sport.
