Is this debate still going,at the time I thought the incident between Tungate,Bellego and Cook was just racing,an incident that happens when three riders are going for roughly the same part of the track,and I can understand why the referee excluded Bellego as being the prime cause of the stoppage.

Interesting to note that both Bellego and Tungate have tweeted Cook say in their opinion it was just that,a racing incident.

As a final entry on this thread from myself I can now say I have seen the DVD of the the meeting and the heat 11 incident .

 

My conclusion is that there was no contact on Bellego and i retract my blaming of Cook as the cause of the crash , although to be fair I still believe Bellego was a tad unsettled by the fast approaching Cook !

 

I will be man enough to admit I was wrong on this one having been one of the first to criticize Cook but this incident is well and truly in the past now and lets be honest he has now been involved in other controversy since . ( along with Ben Barker )
