No. Belle Vue already have 2 double-uppers in their 1-5 so he'd have to sacrifice his EL spot. Rob said in the speedway start that he is 2 days behind Jason Doyle in the application process, and when Doyle knows that he can ride for Leicester they will notify Scunthorpe which should tell Scunthorpe whether Ryan can ride or not. You only have 7.44 to get another rider in so no Magnus Karlsson, You could try and tempt Tully out of his year break but I'm not sure about that one,Dakota North or you could try and get Jacob Thorsell's converted EL average reducted so he can fit. Does anyone think that Nicklas Porsing would ever ride the PL because he would be a bargain on a 5.85 average (converted from his EL average) or would he get an assessed 7.00?
