Poole V Swindon 30 September 2013 Second Leg

Recommended Posts

Well Tungate did beat him when Kennett was guesting for Kings Lynn but he did beat him when riding for Swindon so i wouldn't say he should beat either Rohan or Josh with ease.

From a Swindon point of I would think they would be hoping heat 14 will be irrelevant and the meeting will over as a contest by then..

Today Nick has declared himself fit. He is riding in two meetings abroad between now and monday so will have to see how he goes and if he is able to ride at Poole..

I am sure he will be fine, it was only a bang on the head, its not like he got beaten up in a pub!

Can't see the logic in swindon switching Eddie and Nick. If we did need r/r then Eddie would most likely be in heat 14 anyway with Nick at 4. If it ain't broke don't fix it.

You think a dialed in Poole side at home can't win by 11pts?

Sky are reporting it as if Poole aren't even in contention. Anybody who watches Poole week in week out will tell you this is what we do... We bounce back against the odds every time. I think there may be a lot of surprises in store from the Pirates on Monday night.

Not many give you a chance but fair play for having belief.

They have a bigger chance than Wolves.

*Newsflash*

Poole have been allowed by the BSPA to make a couple of team changes for the play off semi final 2nd leg against Swindon on Monday.

Their revised line up will now be:-

1. Darcy Ward

2. Krzysztof Kasprzak

3. Nikki Pedersen

4. Kenneth Bjerre

5. Jarek Hampel

6. Greg Hancock

7. Magic Janowski

The changes have been allowed 'in the best interests of speedway' and with the consent of the Swindon management.

Swindon team manager Alun Rossiter said "These changes should make the 2nd leg a bit more interesting, but we (Swindon) will still go there and give them a good thrashing"

Ahh, I get it. It's a joke suggesting the BSPA have allowed Poole to make an outrageous team change! That's so unique and funny and not old and boring at all. What incredible wit.

You'd still be predicting that they'll lose.

Yep!!!

You could have 7 world champions in your team and scottyfan would still be all doom and gloom!

You sure you weren't Private Frazer in Dad's Army - "we're all doomed"??
