Kent Kings 2014

Recommended Posts

Luke Harris to ride the next two fixtures & Danny Ayres to ride the two after that. Both looked quick & comfortable in P&P yesterday. Think they can both score some good points this season.

Got a good feeling about this season, should definitely make the play-offs, and anything can happen after that.

Danny Ayres was supposed to ride for Scunthorpe, after a few MDL meetings, so I wonder what happened to that...

Think the numbers of riders was about giving some lads the opportunity to show their ability and to go for the final team spot.

At the fans forum Len made his statement re:inclusion of shared team spot. Believe Luke has issues about making Mondays earlier start.

No doubt the final decision will be made at the later date.

The photo was taken before the riders took to the track, and there were 4 of them riding for the final team place. Unfortunately can't remember the names of the other two!

The other two lads weren't too bad, but Luke & Danny were definitely more polished

The other 2 were Liam Rumsey and Rik Mullins

Right choice definitely made in that case, Rumsey and Mullins have both been round a fair while.

True in one way but could say the same about a number of others everybody needs to be given a chance

Interesting meeting Monday, PA system very poor, never heard that the KL number one had been changed until I saw the results on twitter. The track has surely not had a wheel turned on it since the final meeting last season, same old chalk line arising after a couple of heats. Does management do nothing until such time as someone gets seriously injured? With two six footers riding in the team they appeared to have difficulty turning in turns 1&2, Luke suffered more so than Simon and it showed in his score. A great stadium but the racing is spoilt by the state of the track and people moan about Stoke!
