Poole V Kings Lynn 28/05/2014

Recommended Posts

Kings Lynn have won nothing.

It's a marathon, Not a sprint.

Matt has a few cards up his sleeve come the play-off's and all the expectation is now on KL to win the league.

What's with the Poole track then.......? They don't have stocks or bangers on it do they? From what I've seen on recent Sky visits is the outside, outside is the place to ride late on in the meeting, and I have seen riders almost riding the kickboards after around heat 10, and that's a heart stopping line! It appears to be rutty and bumpy/wavy, this could be the result of water laying in slight dips and softening the base to A point it has started to wear away in the dips, which gradually get deeper, and so attract more laying water, and even more wear. These dips don't fill in well, and will constantly get exposed to rain water, I think the only cure is to level off to the lowest point of the dips and then gradually build the track height back up, a winter project I think.... Just my thoughts.

Good meeting , lynn where worthy winners any team that can win away with theirtop two riders only having one heat win between them must be favorites for the

title, as for lewis Kerr he really is a match winner he was on fire tonight, from where I was watching they wanted it more than poole yes the track was crap AGAIN but its the same for both teams

Well done to KL, enjoy your win, its 1 meeting but made the more enjoyable bcuz its at Poole. The Fordmeister wont like this one little bit, and remember nowts won in May, the problem Poole really have no control over is the draft system, and who they can bring in as there second draft rider, there options are very, very limited and unless someone in the NL who is without a team, starts banging in the points, i cant see how Poole can improve things.. Ben Wilson can he be a draft rider?.

The track cost Poole tonight.

Again fair play to the decent Poole fans who are here win lose or draw. The usual suspects shovlar, starman, poole quay. home straight have shock horror gone missing. Speaks volumes as to what people think of Poole fans on here in general

Im here. No complaints from this side of the fence, we were beaten by a better side, on the night. But there's not much between the two, and Trophies are not given out untill October, so i won't be losing any sleep just yet.. Talking of the Track, was you there tonight, did you actually see it?

Oh and by the way, Steve has called it time on this forum, he is fed up with the petty Childish behaviour from certain posters, who just can't see beyond anything Steve Shovler. He's finished with it and won't be back.
