BRITISHSPEEDPOWER 58 Posted July 18, 2014 Hopefully Chris can get a benefit meeting somewhere. A proper rough tough speedway rider who always gave his all. good luck lad.
4thbender 382 Posted July 18, 2014 Chris will be remembered with great fondness by everyone at Sheffield for his spell with us. I recall him being named Man-of-the-Match for his sheer 110% effort and commitment in his last outing for us. Speedway is all the poorer for the loss of Schrammy. redlead 104 Posted July 18, 2014 I can remember Schrammy guesting for Mildenhall in their no point season, one of the Mildenhall riders had an e/f as crossed the line on the 3rd lap in a 3 rider race, so started to push for the point, Schrammy came hurtling out of the pits, Kevlars tied round his waist and ran the whole lap encouraging the unfortunate rider all the way. A true 100% rider, wish Schrammy all the best in his retirement.
