Baldyman 6,243 Posted August 19, 2014 (edited) Well the rain missed the track, which is handy looking at what it looks like, it's going to be extremely grippy after a couple of races. Edited August 19, 2014 by Baldyman
TheScotsman 2,483 Posted August 19, 2014 I'd hardly call the home team underdogs. The outcome of tonight will all be about if the Panthers new boys hit the ground running or not! If they do a home win, if they don't then an away win could be on the cards. Alot could also depend on which Richie Worrall turns up, hopefully not the one that was at Rye on Saturday! With Dryml as number 3 now, and Roynon on a 6 & a half average when he'll do well to average half of that in the remaining fixtures, and with Hall not having ridden speedway for months, and with the likely low-scoring Dilger at reserve, Panthers look very much the underdogs to me. Having said that, i will be delighted if Roynon & Dilger make BIG scores,
Baldyman 6,243 Posted August 19, 2014 Well they have had a practice, so should be ahead of the game on set ups.
TheScotsman 2,483 Posted August 19, 2014 "A practice". Not sure that'll help too much. Assume the track was pretty different yesterday.

Baldyman 6,243 Posted August 19, 2014 Not any more, roynon is on it Not over yet, but looking like one of those nights were some of our riders are afraid of the dirt, and a few of the panthers are deep in it.

Baldyman 6,243 Posted August 19, 2014 The lads came back well there once it started looking like the panthers were going to take control. It certainly helped that roynons rides had all been used by
