Noodles 1,337 Posted February 21, 2015 The poster above quotes rule 16.1.2 which says that an arrangement can be made to give Panthers priority if he belongs to an NL club. What's not to understand here? What is hard to understand is why wolves would willingly agree to let Blackbird ride for Panthers. does the rule state who has the say in the arrangement? Is it the EL club? Is that specifically in the reg? The 'arrangement' could be rider choice if not. Rule states if there is no arrangement made them priority is in the order of EL,PL,NL. It's therefore in Wolves favour to not arrange anything.
bigcatdiary 3,165 Posted February 21, 2015 (edited) Which suggests he's an Ipswich asset. If he's Mildenhalls, then Wolves can claim priority if they like.He is a Mildenhall asset Edited February 21, 2015 by bigcatdiary

TheScotsman 2,483 Posted March 12, 2015 Young in racing years. Why do folk have this preoccupation with age? So many good riders around over 30 (and even over 40).
Noodles 1,337 Posted March 12, 2015 A good day at press and practise today, lads looked great in team kevlars. Interesting that Danny Phillips was announced as an asset and issued with team kevlars too. I assume he will cover for Simon when he is riding for Leicester?
