Can anyone give a weather / track update for tonight's meeting, currently debating whether to go or not.

Been a lovely, fresh sunny day. A few threatening clouds have gathered but cool and dry at the moment. Go on, risk it!

8 points down after three heats and a(nother) heavy fall for Manzares .

Manzares off to hospital (beggar, beggar oops, as Sue would say) - hope he's OK.

Suddenly, the Witches are in the lead!

Can it last? ...

I always get the impression it doesn't matter where you ride at the OTA, when that lot click into gear, that's it. Go out wide and they'll go under you, ride the white line and they'll go round you. I wont even get excited if we're level after heat 8, a few have managed that, but then it's 5-1 5-1 5-1 goodnight.

Sometimes I hate being ( almost) right. Well done to Somerset, good to see the two best teams in the final.

Hopefully we can win the cup, quite fancy our chances. Hopefully I can be right again.

Unlucky Ipswich, your boys have been a credit to your club tonight.

Well done to the Rebels - good luck in the final.

So near and yet so far for the Witches. Probably a much better effort than many expected tonight.

Best wishes to Gino and Pontus.

Hope ~Gino and Pontus are OK.

Well done Rebels, our boys gave you a run for your money early on, but as expected you came good in later stages.

It looked like we may just get something at one point, then it all went Pete Tong.

We certainly need to add at least one more proper racer to next seasons team or we will always get beaten at tracks like that. Well done though lads, I'm sure you did you're best.

Well done Somerset - deserving winners of the group.

All the best

Rob

As The Special One pointed out, the group went entirely to form.

The Witches good, but destined to be not quite good enough.

Will Edinburgh be at Foxhall on Thursday? Or will it be a hastily arranged 16-Lapper?
