Skidder1 7,637 Posted April 9, 2015 Poole track excellent tonight, much much better than last 2 yrs - no bumps, little bit slick and dry after the hot weather, but still fantastic race by North Ht.10 Well done to whoever sorted it out I gather tons of shale had been delivered - Maciej commented on there being more shale down which meant that Poole's early heat set-ups were a little off! Soon sorted though and you could see the confidence of the riders in racing both inside and outside lines!
Beowulf 1,513 Posted April 9, 2015 Without wishing to sound over confident at the expense of Lakeside, I just couldn't see how we would lose to them at home but I admit to having a bit of a worry with six heats gone and losing at the time 16-20! Mind you at their place it will be a different story as most teams will find out this season. Poole have a powerful team who can apply pressure and points when needed but I won't get carried away at such an early time of the season. Ye Gods! a level headed Poole fan, I take my hat off to you sir!
