Probably because so many clubs have been sloppy in their approach to employing immigrants! What people always miss about speedway is the clubs are independent businesses that can take or leave BSPA "advice" and often they seem to do exactly that. If the BSPA appointed an independent adviser then for the vast majority it has worked;it seems to only be a few clubs that have screwed up. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
