The visitors will be at the end of a hectic schedule as the fixture at Leicester will be their fifth meeting in six days! With both Andreas Jonsson and Kim Nilsson racing back home in the Swedish Final, the Hammers bring in the Coventry top gun, Hans Andersen who guested for them the last time they were at Leicester in April scoring 15 points. Nilssons absence will be covered by rider replacement and they have plenty of talent to call upon to cover for him as each team member is eligible for a ride. At reserve is Richard Hall, the first captain in the new era of the Lions who replaces the injured Ashley Birks. Meanwhile, Leicester are covering for their three injured riders with Thomas Jorgensen replacing Sam Masters and they bring in two of last seasons Lion Cubs, James Sarjeant and Dan Greenwood at reserve who replace Josh Auty and Simon Lambert. Because the alternative is to have riders like Darryl Ritchings riding and he's not grade A draft level rider. Even Hall is not really that level but is better than using even lower level NL rider. It's a sport and an entertainment first and foremost before it is a training ground for young riders. I was really trying to make the point that the 'Fast Track' system is no longer working. I can see that you have to get who you can get if your reserves are injured but the number of riders who have been included on the 'Fast Track' list who are, to put it kindly, reaching the end of their shelf life, is getting ridiculous. Shades of eastbourne 2014.I think Leicester went up to soon,If they Finnish bottom again I can see Doyle wanting to ride elsewhere next season and the struggle starts again to find riders wanting to come to Leicester. If DH decided to drop into the premier league he would gain more respect and support than going for a 3rd wooden spoon in 2016 I see Hans Andersen is riding for Swindon against lakeside tonight then riding For lakeside against the lions on saturday,Friday he rides for the bees,in 3 days he has rode for nearly half the league teams, only in speedway lol Edited July 31, 2015 by robert72 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
