fredbogge 40 Posted April 17, 2016 From Buxton weather station 1 mile as crow flies from speedway track after a bright and sunny start it will be a dry day with some good sunny spells. Cloud may build a little in the afternoon but it should remain dry. Light westerly winds. Max temp 7degrees C

uk_martin 1,606 Posted April 17, 2016 All in all, Buxton + BSPA + SCB = Shambles. Strewth. I hope nobody had their evening meals set to cook on a timer. Has someone at the SCB got a Buxton shaped voodoo doll that they keep sticking pins in?

RS50 359 Posted April 17, 2016 Could not make it up. Went to Scunny last Sunday, meeting delayed, no paramedic, Buxton this week, no ref. Wonder what it will be next. Thanks for weather updates. Thanks to the ref who stood in at last minute

teddy2706 166 Posted April 18, 2016 (edited) Not a good start to the season for Buxton at all. A long wait to get in, followed by another wait for a referee (not the Buxton promotions fault), followed by a very lack lustre match. Not my idea of a good Sunday afternoon.
