Tai Quits Team Gb

Recommended Posts

now theres a surprise coming from you lol

Several people did say he should of been dropped before the World Cup Now he has Dropped team GB after already dropping British speedway and the British final but the few will still defend him by saying he will be a 3 time British world champion and that's great for British speedway but I don't see how ?

It's a puzzler isn't it?Tai is a great rider, but if he wanted to do more for British speedway to help young British riders achieve more that would be very admirable, but he's going a funny way about it.

The same people defending him are most likely the same one's defending Hancock's lame excuse of giving US youngsters a chance at Belle Vue!

I really struggle to understand many thoughts on this forum...is it a pre requisite to be stupid?

The majority of Sports throughout the world have people representing them, who have either moved away or have family connections.

The sportsmen or woman choose to represent a Country which suits them, within the regulations of that sport.

Tai has chosen GB...Jason Crump could have chosen to represent GB...but it suited him to represent Oz.

It happens in all sports...why do people still need to bang on about it...Get a grip.

As for Aussies taking the piss...good for them...better than the constant whinging on nearly every topic on this forum.

No wonder we have a reputation for it.

And while I'm at it...

Loads of people sitting in their Ivory towers, voicing opinion on so many topics, as if they actually know what they are talking about...it's so cringe worthy.

And if that doesn't work...they turn on others, and spend more time slagging off forum users and talking about them instead of Speedway...this really is one of the dumbest forums in existence imo.

I know Speedway is seen as a working mans sport...but that doesn't mean you have to be thick or uneducated...it really is unbelievable on here.

If Jeremy Kyle did Speedway shows...look no further than here.

What an absolute prat you are.

How does he qualify for an Australian passport? And why did he have visa problems for last year's Australian Grand Prix?

And, even if he does have an Aussie passport (and I've yet to see anyone give a valid explanation about how he has one) so what?

Is it really a sin to have links to more that one country? It's a positive thing to have.

Tai didnt have visa problems it was one of his mechanics

Don't know why your laughing?! Certainly isn't loyal to Team GB, unless you mean we should be grateful he doesn't ride for Australia? Certainly isn't loyal to UK league racing. 3rd choice behind Poland and Sweden.

You could say he is loyal to Wolves but that's about it (unless you believe that BV was his first choice).

I'm laughing at the constant nonsense that robert72 is still managing to knock out!

How's he not been loyal? He carried 3 other riders to silver this year and want's to try to change things so that he doesn't have to do it year after year as there's nobody currently good enough to back him up and there won't be for a few years yet. Therefore he has tried to liaise with the BSPA to try to change this scenario but they don't want to play ball so he's having 1 year out through frustration.

Why should he ride with 3 other team mates who won't score more than a dozen points between them year after year...?

Yet again who decides what is best for team gb ...Just before Woffy comes up with a idea it's does not mean it's a good one or indeed we just run with it ... the bottom line is that it's not his call he just a rider ..how is him not riding going to help these riders ?
