Edinburgh V Peterborough Pl 23/9/16 @7.30pm

Nearly as scary as stalking Rathbone :P

"So Berwick will consist of every rider that Rathbone has sacked?"

Thought my ears were burning last night

I've never known a thread so full of childish comments. Grow up people.

Nice words from cookie....

"It was awesome to be back and there is nothing better than riding Armadale. I thought I might struggle in my first couple of rides but I was fine and it was like living the dream again.

Exactly what Edinburgh deserve, well done Panthers.

Utterly pathetic, the reason you didn't make the playoffs was your home form and had nothing to do with the Edinburgh match. Given cookie and ostergaards score tonight if you had turned up with a full team you would have got closer but still went home with zero points. Blaming monarchs and the bspa is just smoke and mirrors to deflect from a disaster of a season. If the reason Panthers turned up with a below strength team was revenge for the fixture not being run then your promotion have no place in the sport.

I enjoyed tonight a couple of good races and always a pleasure watching Craig ride, never really a contest but some confidence boosts for mark and erik. Cookie's interview was class would have him back in a heartbeat but would much prefer he got a decent chance abroad, he just needs a bit of a break.

Tbh they can have him. Despite the attractive average, I just can't see a team winning the league with him in the team

I bet you wish you knew what you are talking about.

come on ive been very good lately and not joined in the 'fun'.

Apologies for missing off the wink to show it was just light hearted banter.

I hope Ged sticks with you actually. Some stability is good for all clubs and Pboro need some right now.

If not its another winter of uncertainty which no one really wants - even those that have the odd dig.....

Yet you post a team in the 2017 thread with him included ?

Very true that. I can see him being back but he's not my cup of tea

Highlight of last night was seeing Cookie in action "at home" again. His interview was emotional and returning the fastest time of the season in ht 5 - superb!

Got the emotional interview bit from Ged Rathbone no doubt.

When he signed for Peterborough did expect him to rattle in a few maximums home and away, but that hasn't happened for some reason , its true he seems to of gone backwards for some reason but that could be just a machinery issue or whatever else, his average has dropped slightly but he will therefore have more choice team wise in the PL in 2017
