No new stock, trying to sell some freshly baked (old style cakes, been around for years, and still popular with one or two oldies) and trying some new cake recipes, untried, ingredients a bit of a guess, as is baking times.. Also, been abroad and have nabbed a box or two of European cakes (they sound good, look good on the shelves) but I have no idea if they are actually any good!!
