mikebv 10,334 Posted May 1, 2017 (edited) Well done the Rebels... Maybe BV should plan in more matches when Bjerre is somewhere else again? Seems to keep the meetings close when he isn't there... And after all, it's all about entertainment... Isn't it?.. 😁😩 Edited May 1, 2017 by mikebv
Aces51 2,778 Posted May 1, 2017 Congratulations to Somerset on a deserved win. Tungate and the reserves made the difference with Bewley and Smith having an off day. All part of the learning curve and to be expected at their stage of development. Good to see a group of Somerset fans made the long journey and hope they enjoyed it.
hagonshocker 1,960 Posted May 1, 2017 I did think Somerset would run them close if I'm honest with you all and with The Hobbit riding like that albeit on a track he loves plus cutting out the efs I do think The Rebels are a highly competitive side
marge 20 Posted May 1, 2017 Well done Rebels, glad to see Rohan back to his usual self. Can't understand why Gary May insists on giving Jan just three rides when he's scoring points.
SPEEDY69 1,275 Posted May 1, 2017 Wow, didn't see that coming. Aces complacent maybe, well done Somerset.

STEPHEN 333 58 Posted May 1, 2017 Congratulations to Somerset on a deserved win. Tungate and the reserves made the difference with Bewley and Smith having an off day. All part of the learning curve and to be expected at their stage of development. Good to see a group of Somerset fans made the long journey and hope they enjoyed it. Both Bewley and Smith have done the best part of 2,000 miles each travelling in the last week, with visits to Poole, Glasgow, Belle Vue three times in the last eight days, both looked very tired and exhausted, maybe time for Smith to concentrate on the National and Championship leagues only, bringing Joe Jacobs back into the fold maybe a good idea. And after all, it's all about entertainment... Isn't it?.. 😁😩 Wonder what Belle Vue would have done if Coventry had been running this year as Bjerre seems to be their best rider. The Aces are still top but need to bounce back. Good win for Somerset. However I still see the Rebels being in the relegation battle with changes.

WestGorton1884 621 Posted May 1, 2017 No chance of either of us being inducted into the 'super fan' group I would suggest..!!! Enjoying the sunshine in the local park... Attended the meeting after all , . So you can stand down from your "support BV at all costs" crusade . No idea about the local park quip ?, WTF does it mean ? WestGorton1884 621 Posted May 1, 2017 Looked like we lacked speed today , ther was no way Cookie could hold Tungate back in heat 15 , unbelievable how faster he was ! well done to the rebels though , well deserved victory . One other thing ... Does anyone else find the centre green mic guy a complete embarrassment ? From asking Natalie Quirk what she gets up to in her private life ...To going way over the top about someone being 92 years of age "92 ? Unbelievable " he shouts numerous times And he mentioned Somerset is a long way to travel at least 5 times
