Amen to that, it makes no sense at all, but that shouldn't mean we are surprised.

I agree. Let the rising stars develop at their own pace, protected, similar to Poland rather than possibly destroying their confidence once they move into the main body. They should move up the star ratings each year depending on how they performed.

Apart from putting pressure on Leon, we could finish up with one of our Supposed Heat Leaders at reserve.Only in Speedway.

In Polish speedway, a "second string" is often used as no1 as they have there 1-5 in any order.

I wouldn't be against that in our league, it would make team managers manage.

They changed that rule mid season when Boxall and Jon Armstrong were pushing 7.5-8 averages
