Personally I think the UK could adopt a seven man version of the Polish model... Six riders made up of four HL/SS's , two "juniors" and a number 7 who is under 23/24 who can come in and replace any of the top four... Wouldn't cost any more than current and stop the need for guests as you just bring your number 7 in to replace a top four rider...
