Yes that was the plan but it fell through when Buster scuppered the planned team and the takeover collapsed.

Hopefully for you MT will buy the club at the end of the season. Buster must of had a gut full at both clubs this season, and want out more than ever..

Shows what an absolute shambolic mess we are in...I hope someone like Ged or MT can step in and take us out of this nightmare..to be honest I hate to say this but there's no point in even running if it's going to be like the last 2 seasons...it's just not enjoyable to watch and it's not competitive so what's the point?

He should have sold it to MT when he had the chance.

He didn’t get a license in the end, I’m not even sure pboro have a promoter now, unless Dale allit has a license for both pboro and Lynn

Now the happy clappers will realise exactly that they're the problem allowing this to continue now Carl has now got fed up of being made to look stupid by the owner.

Please Buster hand it to MT and move on for everyone's benefit

I'm sure he would of done if he got somewhere near what he valued it at. MT should be able to buy it cheaper at the end of the season, if he wants it.

The news of Johnson’s departure – leaving the Panthers, which is owned by Keith Chapman, without a licensed promoter – came as a bombshell just hours after they went down to their heaviest defeat of a dreadful season in which they have lost 12 of their 13 matches so far, at Leicester on Thursday night.

Having finished at the bottom of the Premiership table last year, the team is heading for back-to-back wooden spoons with 11 matches left.

Can the Panthers even run without a promoter? This may well be curtains.
