Peterborough look to have a terrible team but have room for a big signing. Their forum suggests it could be Freddie but surely not? Tough for Wolves to make the play offs now I think. Ippo BV and Sheffield look appreciably stronger. Could be a battle with Leicester for 4th unless Laguta goes to Peterborough...

DJWolves 82 Posted February 26, 2023 Remember the days when Australians were brought up riding on the massive open spaces of Sydney Showground etc while the Danes were the small track specialists from their home country. Strange now to see a Wolves team dominated by Aussies and a Peterborough team full of Danes

magnificentseven 236 Posted March 17, 2023 Can't see Wolves doing better than 4th or 5th and that will depend on how well Schlein comes back. Much also depends on Douglas, Becker and Flint and whether they can improve their averages, especially at home. Could be a long season if changes aren't made if we struggle and the promotion historically don't do that.

I agree...especially a couple of the wolves team dont ride M.G that well ...If Z.Cook doesnt settle ...changes will need to be made ...

If changes are to be made don't expect any blockbuster signings ,CVS dosent have deep enough pockets to go down that route. Remember also during the Covid pandemic he had to plead with the council to relax the rules allowing more people through the turnstiles to break even otherwise there was a real possibility he would withdraw Wolves from the league. Of course, everyone wants to win the title, but I expect the main aim is to provide the paying public to enjoy going down to Monmore every Monday night rather than any lofty ambitions of lifting the Championship...Wolves have a budget for the season and its adhered to.
