There used to be a rule back in the day about a minimum team strength, I take it there is no such rule anymore?

But that governed the combined CMA of the declared seven and Mildenhall are currently north of 48 points. So by those metrics the Fen Tigers are too strong!!

Did somebody forget to tell the Cubs they'd won the title after heat 10? Absolutely no reaction to it at all!

Because they had it won after heat 8 if you exclude the possibility of multiple 5-nils, and heat 9 otherwise.

There was no real celebration after those heats either... you normally see the riders out on the track when a title is won, perhaps the BSN coverage missed it, I don't know.

These riders will probably spend the majority of their careers losing as there can only be one winner, so they should really enjoy the good times when they come along and make the most of them, everybody just seemed to be in their pit bay carrying out business as usual.

Maybe because they still had a job to do until the end of heat 15?  Plenty of time to celebrate then. That is when you celebrate IMO.

Just saying you normally (always) see teams out on the track when the title has been won, can't recall when I haven't seen this... very strange
