Bowtell has continued gradual progress up to a new level, Pearson is developing fast and putting Neilson and a few others to shame. I don't know his pedigree... my compliment of the post was due to the fact that someone else acknowledged the need to replace the manager. Your post points to the old saying...'pay peanuts....you get monkeys' . If we don't change the manager then we will be lucky to be having this discussion next season. P.s. that's my opinion btw....its based on my 52 years support of Birmingham speedway and speedway as a sport in general. Nielsen is a crazy signing , never seen much in him and spends more time sat on his arse than Jim Royle. Proctor was worth a gamble , sadly it hasnt paid off. Shame as i really liked him back in the day , he was a class rider. But probably the right thing to drop him. morris is a class act but with him on a 10 pt ave, any meeting he struggles in and theres no chance of a Brum win. Its an awfully built side. I’ve bowed to keeping in Pearson as said by a few supporters is average has increased from last year, so he has earned his place. I would have liked to have included Rohan Tungate in the side but I believe his price tag is out of reach even for the premiership clubs.
