Ben91 1,743 Posted September 25, 2023 (edited) Not a fan of the play-offs but that was great viewing. The racing was decent enough (by the NSS’ high standards) and the scoreline drama going to the wire added to the entertainment. That heat 15 alone would have been worth the entrance fee. A great race with so much riding on the result. Edited September 25, 2023 by Ben91

Probably want a stewards inquiry as to how they lost heat 15 They are disappointed that they have to go to Ipswich again, where racing like heat 15 is impossible. ytsejam 312 Posted September 25, 2023 Well done Ipswich, Emil and Jason showed their true class in that race when the chips were well and truly down. Brilliant nights entertainment.
Steve Shovlar 10,439 Posted September 25, 2023 Shame Ipswich won that. Crap track compared to BV for the neutral. Some decent racing tonight and heat 15 was good fun. 1

Best give BV a bye to the final every year that would solve the problem Edited September 25, 2023 by Mr. Clemens
scoobydoo 2,254 Posted September 25, 2023 (edited) And to think the most important point for Ipswich after that semi final was the one Leicester didn't get at Peterborough Edited September 25, 2023 by scoobydoo

LagutaRacingFan 1,936 Posted September 25, 2023 That was a British advert for British Speedway. My girlfriend is Polish and we have been watching the Polish league play-offs over the last few weeks. She's just told me that none of the Polish matches compared to tonight. Drama and excitement. Ipswich will need to ride much better to beat Sheffield, who are a very strong team. Sheffield will have Robert Lambert and Brady Kurtz as a top 2, which will be very dangerous.

Blows a kiss to Shovlar - nevermind eh bit tense as Bv tried to reel the scoreline in looks like a cup final re-run then for the final Edited September 25, 2023 by GeneralMelchett

SUPERACE 440 Posted September 25, 2023 Firstly congratulations Ipswich and good luck in the final. Incredibley proud of the Aces tonight they gave it absolutely everything, we were so so close in the end but it wasn't to be. What an amazing meeting that was that is Speedway at it's very very best well done to all 13 riders you put on a great show. 2 interesting points from our owner tonight: Aces Attendance has grown 36% since 2016 and it's 7% up on last season.
