Apparently standard rounding conventions dictate that a digit is only rounded up if the subsequent digit is 5 or greater. in this case the 4th decimal place is 0 so the preceding digit ie the 3rd decimal place 5 remains the same.

well hopefully they are discussing what happens next year too, and of course there is the big discussion about how many premiership teams there are. -
So much for the point of view that it is already pre decided in teams meetings and just needs rubber stamping 😂
